A.pst file is the data file used by Outlook for Windows to archive your email messages, contacts, calendar items, tasks, and notes. Import the.pst file in order to transfer messages from a Windows-based computer to Outlook 2016 for Mac or Outlook 2019 for Mac. Open Outlook 2011 and back up your email—you never know. Head to File Export and choose to export as Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm). Create the IMAP account using your provider's settings. Outlook 14.3.6 is slow to receive emails and it's been slow since it was installed back in August. Receiving a new email from the moment you hit Send takes about 2 minutes in Outlook. While on my iPhone, you receive that same email within 5 seconds.
Strange issue here. I have a client who uses Outlook 2011 on a MacBook. He uses an IMAP account and every 7-10 days it tries re-downloading all the emails again.
The mailbox itself will be working absolutely fine, then one day when outlook is opened it randomly says at the bottom that it's downloading all the emails again (think he has around 1500 emails in his inbox).
It usually gets to around 400-450 downloaded, then Outlook hangs and crashes.

The only fix I've found for this was to make it download headers only for all emails (usually this is on but excludes the inbox). When it's set to only download headers for all folders, it doesn't crash, but emails then take an age to view, and they're not patient enough for that
I can't see any reason why Outlook feels the need to try and re-download every single email again, so if this was fixed then I suppose Outlook wouldn't keep crashing. Mstrkrft the looks 320 rar.
